The Trois-Rivières Port Authority is a Canadian Port Authority with a mandate to manage, develop, and promote the port for the benefit of its stakeholders and ensure the general security of the port while remaining sensitive to the need for a high degree of safety and environmental responsibility.The Board of Directors is broadly responsible for setting the strategic direction for and overseeing the conduct and operations of the Port Authority. The Board of Directors appoints the Port Authority’s Chief Executive Officer and monitors management’s performance. The board also ensures internal controls are in place to manage risks associated with the Port Authority’s business and oversees protection of the Port Authority’s finances and the accuracy of financial reporting.
The Government of Canada will consider bilingual proficiency and diversity in assessing applicants.
